Whitelisting driver not running

Erro na primeira varredura da Whitelisting não completa e diz que o driver não está instalado. Já desistalei e reinstalei e erro persiste.

You can try the steps as shown in the attached screenshot:
- Run cmd.exe as admin (Press Windows+R to open the “Run” box. Type “cmd” into the box and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to run the command as an administrator).
- Type in chkdsk /f and press enter.
- Reboot the machine.

After reboot run cmd.exe as admin again, and do the following:
- Type cd "\Program Files\SecureAge\Whitelist" and press enter.
- Type saappsvc /install and press enter.
- Type net start saappctl and press enter.

If there is any error when issuing net start saappctl, please let us know.

Consegui reinstalando dessa vez, iria apagar o post, respondeu muito rápido, vou mante-lo caso alguem passe por esse problema assim pode ser que ajude outra pessoa. Obrigado mesmo assim.
