test virus and full scan

i have download virus example file for test this antivirus.
one virus not cleaner and full scan after intall antivirus not see virus

but if click on infect file and manual scan the antivirus find virus "detect by clanAV"

why full scan not see virus and manual scan see?

i search solutions for force new full scan or scan drive C memory and boot area but not find procedure for this.

When you are doing manual scan the virus is detected by ClamAV, which means the local AV. When you are doing full system scan, it will use the engines at the cloud to scan. Sometimes the virus signature database for the antivirus engines at the cloud may not be updated yet, so that it is not detected yet when you are doing full system scan. We will try to improve this.
