Should I install SecureAPlus if I use VPN on Samsung SmartTV?

I've just fallen in love with Netflix series "Dark" but its watching is strictly prohibited in my region. So I had an inspiration to setup a VPN on my new Samsung SmartTV - it will really make my evenings time of my dream. But I worry about my security - can I install VPN on this device alltogether with SAP? Would this software work correctly on SmartTVs? I really need the "audience assistance" :)

Hmm, I've found an exciting article about VPN and SmartTVs - VPN are quite good for them and easy to install: https://www.wizcase.com/blog/how-to-use-a-vpn-on-smart-tv/. Did someone tried VPNs described here? How's all this with video and sound quality?
