For real-time scanning for unknown files, currently only 6 engines are supported.
For the details of the 6 engines, you may refer to: https://support.secureaplus.com/how-to-do-file-folder-scanning/

The full 12 engines are only used for the daily scanning, and the result is not immediate.
The unknown files will be queued for scanning, and SecureAPlus will update the result to the users daily.

Real-time scanning for unknown files is done by offline engines, such as APEX, and ClamAV.
