Server is busy request is being queued

Program ui says whitlist driver is running log says it is not .

Thank you for sending us the log file. Our team will analyze the log.
For the driver issue, can you check in the Security Features? Click on the button at the right of "Security Features" https://support.secureaplus.com/getting-to-know-the-secureaplus-main-window/
If it is not running (marked with the red cross), try to reinstall SecureAPlus over the existing installation. You don't need to uninstall.
If install over does not fix the issue, please send us SecureAPlus.log and whitelist.log files.

We have fixed the server issue. You should be able to retrieve your scan result now.
