Retreiving scan result problems.

Hi I have been getting retreiving scan result for hours ,it does not do anything else.I was also getting 12029 error .Any problems on the end of secureaplus?

Hi I am now getting error code 12031 server is reset, also with the other message above...

I have the same problem. Secureaplus make the first scan and make the Whitelist. But since that the server is always busy. Please fix it.  But the  update check for the software  works, also the signature update.

glad i'm not the only one here. is there any update please admins? very annoying how i paid for the premium version and yet i can't get scan results at all, yet another computer i have is running the freemium version does get results back sometimes. i wouldn't normally mind but this feels like a joke now.

This soft does not work. Servers are s**t :/

2-4 Nov - offline
5-6 Nov - busy
Full scan - never
Send files - fail

Geez, guys, I guess it's time to say goodbye. Be serious. I know, antivirus is not an easy piece of cake but... 5 days? Eh...

edit: Three days later, SERVERS ARE STILL BUSY!!!!!!

edit2: Another two days. Still busy. Seriously?
