You can not download virus definitions ClamAV. Secondly ClamAV is out of date. There is a new version: 0.99.1.

Please upgrade to SecureAPlus v4.2.0. It includes the latest ClamAV engine, version 0.99.1.
The virus definitions are hosts by ClamAV and its mirror sites, but sometimes the servers may be busy. You can try again on the next occasion. The other alternative is that you can turn on the automatic virus signature update from the settings.
