Explorer crashing after latest update 3.4.4

Has the title says i've been having explorer crashes after latest update

the problem is usually blammed on QTTabBar but i had once a explorer crash without having QTTabBar installed

i dont had any problem in 3.4.3 and also tested beta and same thing, in previous beta version all ok and latest there crashes, seeing both Change Logs its probably this fix the culprit

"In Windows XP, SecureAPlus icon in windows explorer context menu was truncated."

Just want to clarify. Do you mean that you use QTTabBar freeware?
May I know what is your OS (Windows 7, 8, or 10)? It is 64-bit OS, isn't it?

yes QTTabBar 1033 (any version, tested all the way down to 1026) from here - http://qttabbar.wikidot.com/

Windows 10 64bits RTM 10.0.10240

but like stated had a explorer crash without having QT installed just by right clicking but was only once, didn't have anymore ever since. With QT is almost 90% guaranteed to crash

QT is a software that i use alot for my work, if a fix can't be done at least give me some way to sadly remove right click SecureAPlus entries to see if doesn't crash

I have tried to install QTTabBar in Windows 10 64 bit to reproduce the issue, but unfortunately I can't reproduce it

To help us to troubleshoot, could you do me a favor?
When it crash, please directly go to task manager (do not click on the button to debug, just proceed straight away to the task manager).
In task manager, right click on Windows Explorer, and click on "Create dump file"


Please send the dump file to secureaplus@secureage.com.

the Windows Error Reporting debug window doesn't appear, Explorer simply crash all explorer UI (including taskbar) twice, basically it crashes without debug error, explorer taskbar UI restarts and crashes again without error and only on this second time it stabilizes

checked Windows Error Reporting Service and its running, forced another app to crash and Windows Error Reporting Debug appeared normally

checking latest Event viewer error 3 errors appeared
