Defrag process exclusions

Is it necessary to add defrag executable exclusions to SecureAPlus when using operating systems prior to W7 or third-party defrag utilities?

I've always done this in the past with other security packages to prevent them from interfering with the defragmentation process.

e.g. Windows Vista x86:

C:\Windows\System32\Defrag.exe
C:\Windows\System32\dfrgfat.exe
C:\Windows\System32\dfrgifc.exe
C:\Windows\System32\dfrgNtfs.exe
C:\Windows\System32\dfrgui.exe

It is not necessary to exclude Microsoft defrag. For third party defrag, if they are signed, and if they touch executable files, they may turn into trusted installer. In trusted installer, every executable that it writes will be automatically trusted. Usually we may don't want this behavivour, so you may add them in the restricted application list (Settings->Application Whitelisting->Advanced Settings).
