Windows 10 Defender Turned Off by SecureAPlus

Download the following file:
https://secureaplus.secureage.com/download/turn_on_windows_defender.zip
Extract the file, double click on turn_on_windows_defender.reg file, and allow it to make changes.

Thank you Hendy, It worked..
This needs to be pined some where, Also you have to restart your system than open Windows Defender and click start.
