Title: Probleme bei der erstmaligen Whitelist-Erstellung...

Hallo,ich bin neu hier und habe gleich ein Problem.Der Fortschrittsbalken bleibt bei der erstmaligen Erstellung der Whitelist bei 9% stehen.Fehlercode: 2. Keine Kommunikation mit dem Applikations-Whitelist-Server möglich.
Gescannt wurde gerade...>Excluded: c:\users\kb\appdata\...\super italia - vol.23\art.jpg<,dann kam der Stop.
Mehrere Vesuche schlugen fehl! Mein Rechner hat das Betriebssystem Win7, 64-bit SP1,3,3GHz.
Danke für eine Lösung des Problems.
