Title: SecureAPlus will not update my license information

A while back I upgraded from an Essentials license to a Pro license. Partial digits of my Pro license are 3FB103-C8. I entered the full Pro license code into Secure APlus, but it still shows that I have only an Essentials license. Also, it still shows the expiration date of the Essentials version and NOT the later expiration date of the Pro version.

Please help me get this issue resolved.
