You can find it from SecureAPlus client, Info & Licenses. We will need it to check your record in the server.

To help us to troubleshoot, can you send us the following file to secureaplus@secureage.com:
C:\ProgramData\SecureAge Technology\SecureAge\log\UniversalAV.log
As the file size may be big, you can try to use the following free service to upload the file:

It seems like the whitelist driver is not running how do I fix that ? Thks
Program ui says whitlist driver is running log says it is not .

For the driver issue, can you check in the Security Features? Click on the button at the right of "Security Features" https://support.secureaplus.com/getting-to-know-the-secureaplus-main-window/ (https://support.secureaplus.com/getting-to-know-the-secureaplus-main-window/)

If it is not running (marked with the red cross), try to reinstall SecureAPlus over the existing installation. You don't need to uninstall.
If install over does not fix the issue, please send us SecureAPlus.log and whitelist.log files.

We have fixed the server issue. You should be able to retrieve your scan result now.
