Title: Error code 1816 when uploading files to Universal AV server

Hello,

when I upload the suspicious files to Universal AV server I get the error code 1816. Daily Upload Limit is already set to "Unlimited" so that isn't the cause of the error.

Hi Fabrizio, as recently our servers met technical difficulties, it could be the cause of the error. Do update us if you encounter the issue again along with screenshots.

Hello,

thank you for your reply; I've checked right now and everything is fine, I didn't get error 1816 anymore.

Hello again,

just now I got error 1816 again. After I had to close the Secure APlus virus scanner window because the AV scanner was stuck trying to upload exe files to Universal AV server unsuccessfully; I have attached the screenshot to this post.
