Already impressed with this software just curious how long it takes to get a device ID?

Usually it shouldn't take too long. To help us to troubleshoot, can you please zip and send the following folder to us?
C:\ProgramData\SecureAge Technology\SecureAge\log

Looks like I found it, but now my account page says "OOps.. encountered a problem...." etc., etc. How do I reset that?
UPDATE: Problem Resolved.
