HI:
I have a 2 year premium license for 1 pc and i did a clean format and when tried to add the license to secureaplus, i get invalid warning. Whats going on? WHy can't I use my license which goes into 2017?
Please help.

Click on "My Devices", and deactivate your license from the old machine.

Its not there. my license is not activated there and it shows the freemium (1 year). Under my l;license used says: license used:0. SO its not active? I can not acrtivate it and is not active?? Very strange

when click view under device in my 2 years license it says no devices found???

Can you send us the screen shot of your 'My Licenses' view to secureaplus@secureage.com for further investigation?

I have e-mailed them via the e-mail provided here. I also added my license info and account info. Hopefully they can fix the issue.
