Hello,
From Account Online:
Trying to use my points to add another year freeium
to my two devices listed in my Account/Devices.
Device ID: BRIAN_DELL-DESKTOP5TcZegrb-264423
Device Name: BRIAN_DELL-DESKTOP
Device ID: ZyaUwviR-192443
Device Name: ASUS_NOTEBOOK
Neither of the following show up in Account/Points,
to be able to do this. Not able to Add Device here in
Points either, says they are already listed in Devices.
From Software Info & Licenses/License
(Account Open Already Signed In Online & In Software)
Click on Extend Freeium and it opens:
https://secureaplus.secureage.com/sapportal/social/summary.sa
Says This At Top 0f Page:
Viral Security Program
Current Points: 975
Not able to get either device to show to use 400 points to extend
freeium on both for a total of 800 points, have 975 at this time.

I do have the same problem as reported by Hendy.
Not able to use my points.
Not able to Add Device here in
Points either: it says it is already listed in Devices.
