Again, the problem with the server? For more than 24 hours there is no connection to the universal anti-virus server. Something often on weekends lost communication with the servers.

I gave this program a go this weekend but I'm afraid it has been uninstalled. No progress bar to say how far the Initial scan has got +
worse of all for a 'cloud based' program it won't connect to the server. Rubbish!!!

I've been receiving error #12029 for 2 days now and still having the issue.

Now in Germany it works.
