Hi
New to SecureAplus. Trying to installed this software, met with an error during installation which address something like whitelisting driver. After the installation, the Main software window shown the whitelisting driver is not running. Scanning got stuck without progress.
Any solution to my issue?

Hi,
There is a new requirement where all kernel drivers now have to be signed by Microsoft (when Safe Boot is enabled).
We have done this for the incoming new release, which is planned to be launched around 10-12 April.
At the moment, if you can't wait for the new release, you may install the following candidate release version:

An error is still reported during installation. When does the new program version appear?

With the updated application version, the issue is no longer present.
