Title: SecureAPlus 4.1.2 - File index service is not ready yet.

I have no idea what is happening. Based on other forum topics it appears to be an ongoing issue.

Try to execute the following from the command prompt (run as adminstrator):
chkdsk /f

Reboot is required.
Sometimes file system corruption may also lead to this issue.

I've executed chkdsk /f to no avail. I am now running 4.1.3. Any other suggestions?

Hi I have recently installed beta 4.1.6 and I am getting same error. I treied the cmd prompt idea still is the same ,any ideas how to fix this pls. Thks
Is it because I have windows search service disabled?

Hi,
There is a bug that prevent the scheduled chkdsk to perform after reboot. We will include the fix in the next release that we are going to release tomorrow.

Thank you for reply will this be fixed only in stable release tomorrow or also in beta versions?

Hi I have been running 4.2.0 for about 7 hours now and I am getting same index not ready yet problem with full scan going ,any fix for this? Looks like I'll have to take this out if there is not a fix.Thks
Tried chkdsk like above still same problem ,what I did was turned off real time scanning and Universal sanning and full system scan stopped and file index error not there,but I have no protection??
