Title: SecureAPlus unable to detect malwares

Hi,
      i have scanned 248 files which are malware but are not detected as malware by SecureAPlus. Most of these 248 files are one month old and are detected by VirusTotal.

So the question is why is SecureAPlus not able to detect it.

antivirus engines used

all 248 files are undetected

SecureAPlus set those malwares as Trusted

This a very big security risk


A file is scanned using context menu. It is not detected as malware
But when the same files is executed, it is detected as malware
So why  manual scanning using context menu unable to detect that file as malware?

Thank you for the feedback. Currently the improvement for the manual scanning is in our development pipeline.
