Title: Cannot activate essentials won on giveaway aftwer windows reinstall

I did not create an account after getting the giveaway at sharewareonsale.com, and now it says my email is already used, but if I try to login with it, it says user is not active. I used a new email to create an account, but can't change email to original one and it wont accept my activition code?

The message 'User is not active' indicates that your email account has not been verified.

Please send us a email at secureaplus@secureage.com stating your email and issue - and we will send you another account verification email.
