Universal AV not working (error code: 1058)
What to do?

You may open up SecureAPlus main console. In "App Settings" -> "Scan Settings", turn OFF Universal AV, and turn it ON again.

If it still doesn't work, try to re-install SecureAPlus (no uninstallation is required, just simply re-install over it).

When I reinstall, they sad Everything service not started -> then I manually started -> works now.
