problem with engines

hello

i take time to submit new viruses but no update and the engine AVG, sophos ... failed

if i take :

AVG AND SOPHOS detects threat and that since a big moment ! but your soft see anything !

i have send the virus by mail but no news !

I'm sorry we haven't fixed this yet. Currently there is no quick solution for this issue. We will definitely try to improve this, but it may take time to do the development. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

but tell me, what interest have included 12 antivirus if you do not use the latest updates? Also when I update clamav has a problem.
