Bugs fixed:
- After install SAP for the first time, the license type shown as Lite. It is supposed to be Essentials.
- Digital signature verification was not active at the early boot-up state.
- Trusted certificate was not added if it is already in the list

Modifications:
- Improve the speed when opening the dialog in SecureAPlusUI.exe 
- Improve the speed when installing SecureAPlus service.
