Having some issues with my SecureAPlus

Hi, guys! It's Alex here! I've been having some issues with my SecureAPlus. I've been trying to download this file from my college portal in order to write my case study in UK. The thing is that everytime I try to open the file, the antivirus software is preventing it from opening. I've double-checked the file, ran it through multiple scans and no malware has been detected. Yet whenever I try to open it, the antivirus is preventing it. Where can I turn auto-protection off? Or would it be safe to turn it off? Would really appreciate some suggestions!
