SecureAPlus Being Detected As A PUA

Would anyone know why that SecureAPlus is being detected as a PUA by ESET
I am running SecureAPlus & ESET on an old laptop just for testing Antivirus & Antimalware software, but I always keep SecureAPlus on there to clean up any remains that other Antivirus & Antimalware software failed to find.
The EXE file for SecureAPlus and some of the files in the program are being detected as PUA by ESET and I don't understand why???
No other software has has any issues with this program except for ESET.
