First Verisign got hacked several years ago.

Then the makers of CCleaner got hacked and were unknowingly distributing malware.

And most recently there was sunburst, which was when solarwinds got hacked.

My request to the mods here is to tell the devs. Start programming APEX to look for malicious code inside of legitimate software.

A Trojan horse, or “Trojan”, enters your system disguised as a normal, harmless file or program designed to trick you into downloading and installing malware. As soon as you install a Trojan, you are giving cyber criminals access to your system.
Download malware bytes and run it and stop whatever you were doing that got the virus
