Hi,

I registered to try Secureageplus Pro for 90 days.
Everything installed...the system scan went well, very fast...

1) My license on the SAPlus account portal is listed as Lite...not pro
2) I have a fast M.2 500GB external card, not part of the initial scan,
       which an On-Demand scan scans incredibly slow...about 10K files per hour.
3) I want to run Windows Security AV in tandem...How do I enable this?

Hi John,

1. Can I get your SecureAPlus Account portal email to check the license?

2. The scan speed and time varies as SecureAPlus or other apps could be running some background processes too.

3. You can refer to either one of the guide depending on if it is Win Defender or other AVs:
