Update??

I am running S.A.P. Essentials.

Version 6.2.0 was announced 0n May 25. As of today (May 26) I still have version 6.1.0. I used the "Update" button on S.A.P.'s GUI and got back the message, "Your software is up to date."

Q1- Doesn't S.A.P. Essentials update automatically?

Q2- Why does the S.A.P. Essentials update button still report that it is up to date even though it is NOT the latest version?

Sorry, there was something wrong at the server side that preventing the update for Windows 7 users.
It should be fixed now. You can try again.

I got the update, automatically, about 15 minutes ago. Smooth as silk!

SAP is superb. It's the only AV that I run real-time. For on-demand I use Kaspesky Virus Remover Tool (KVRT), plus a file integrity checker. Also, I image every 2 days, & retain images for 2 months. This set-up keeps me clean and happy with Win7. I really hope SAP continues to support Win7 for many months to come.
