I use Windows 10 Profesionall. My SAP update to ver. 6.1.0 until

2020-02-26 16:45:50 CheckUpdate.exe version: 6.0.3.0
2020-02-26 16:45:54 CheckUpdate: Software is up to date. Current software version 6.1.0. Latest version at server: 6.1.0

Apex and Avira they don't update themselves too often, I updates them manually.

The computer is on almost all day

Avira and Apex is updated on every reboot, or every 24 hours, whichever comes first.
For Apex, although SecureAPlus will always check at least every 24 hours, the release may not be as frequent as traditional antivirus.
This is normal for an antivirus that is using AI technology.
