Automatic update or.......?

Wilders forum announced a new version of SecureAPlus -- 6.1.0. I have SAP Essentials version 6.0.3. When I click its Update button, it reports that it is already up to date.

Is there a problem? Do I have to update it manually or will it update automatically? If it updates automatically, how long does it usually take to proliferate?

May I know what is your OS?
For XP, Vista, Server 2003, and Server 2008, it will show as up to date, because the latest version is no longer supporting them.
If this is not the case, please let us know.

I'm on Win7. I just re-checked & it still reports that I have the latest even though it's still 6.0.3.

Avira and Apex is updated on every reboot, or every 24 hours, whichever comes first.
For Apex, although SecureAPlus will always check at least every 24 hours, the release may not be as frequent as traditional antivirus.
This is normal for an antivirus that is using AI technology.
