Should I install SecureAPlus if I use VPN on Samsung SmartTV?

I've just fallen in love with Netflix series "Dark" but its watching is strictly prohibited in my region. So I had an inspiration to setup a VPN on my new Samsung SmartTV - it will really make my evenings time of my dream. But I worry about my security - can I install VPN on this device alltogether with SAP? Would this software work correctly on SmartTVs? I really need the "audience assistance" :)
