SecureAPlus in other country

I have to take my notebook from Ukraine to USA in a couple of weeks and re-install neyw Windows 10 in English. Will be my license of SAP kept on or should I buy a new one in new country?

You can actually deactivate your current SecureAPlus license on your device and reactivate back on your new installation.
