Can't turn off auto upload sample

Title says it all, I can't turn off auto upload sample in my laptop and desktop PC, I've tried to turn if off several times and reboot, but auto upload function is still enabled, running SecureAPlus 4.8.0.

I suggest you guys tell users what exactly have you uploaded to your server, that will make me less paranoid.
