About Universal AV

hendy:
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
Actually now if you disabled both real-time protection and Universal AV, it will not give the message "at risk".

When one of the engine is enabled, either offline AV or Universal AV, it expects that the user also use it for the real-time scanning.

Your suggestion is perfectly make sense. Some users may still want to use Universal AV, but without the real-time scanning. This is fine, as long as there is other Antivirus available to backup. For users without any other third party Antivirus, and only rely on SecureAPlus, we may still have to warn the user. I will discuss this more with our team.

For the detail on how to check whether a file is trusted or not, you may refer to the following links:

Reset whitelist can be achieved by uninstall and reinstalling SecureAPlus.

I hope you add this feature. I have to report you i use ccleaner and kerishdoctor (default options) and always i open secure a plus i see i am not logged in.

hendy:
What do you mean by not logged in? Do you mean it is at the "Info & Licenses" -> "Account"?
That dialog does not save the login session. If you want to remember the login session, please access it via browser.
