Got Notice That A File Couldn't Be Created While Trying To Download SecureAPlus

A computer novice needs help. I just paid for a year's subscription for SecureAPlus Premium. However, when I tried downloading it, a pop-up box appeared onscreen, letting me know that a file couldn't be created, because access was being denied. Do I have to disable something on my computer?

Do you have any other security product installed on your system?
Sometimes some security products may deny the executable file creation.
