Welcome to the Forums and thanks for your interest in SecureAPlus. In order to apply Viral Security Points you would need to add your device to your account. You can do this by simply logging into your account from the SecureAPlus client (Open SecureAPlus > Info & Licenses > Account and then login).

Once the device is added to your account it should be listed as a choice when you try to claim your points.

Note however that Viral Security Points are only applicable to SecureAPlus Freemium. If all your associated devices are already Premium or on Premium trial, you won't be able to apply the points there as Freemium and Premium are different licenses.
