Hi
After first long scan antivirus detected 19 threats and i just delete them. The problem is APlus displays the same result all the time - there is always "Threats detected" visible on main page of AV. After restarting PC AV shows message that threats are detected and it is the same result - 19 threats - same files. I manually search for infected files but they doesn't exist anymore (AV already deleted them).
It is pretty annoying. Please tell my what can i change to get ride of this problem.

My system is Windows 10 version 1607 build 14393.1066.

Hi,

To help us to troubleshoot, can you send us the log file (especially UniversalAV.log and whitelist.log) to secureaplus@secureage.com.

Here are the steps to collect the log file:

All of sudden everything is ok. Warning disappeared and its green everywhere.

I suppose thread is for remove or do you want my logs either way ?
