We are aware of the Error Code 58 issue and our team is currently undertaking steps to resolve this issue with our servers. Unfortunately the fix takes awhile to do and there is no way around this. We are exhausting every resource available to expedite this process but at this point it is very hard for us to determine a definite time that it would be resolved.
Please refrain from doing an uninstallation and reinstallation or compacting the whitelist, as these will not resolve the problem. The issue lies with our servers so once that is resolved there shouldn't be any further action needed on the client (users') side.
