Error Code 58

Hi I have been getting error code 58 the specified server cannot perform the requested actions error ... any fixes pls .Thks
Should I re-install?

It is now saying server is processing your request .. keeps stuck on that for a few hours now

Me too. Reinstalling the application and removal of the whitelist (again full scan) did not help!

Hi same here a fresh install  of the program did not help.Hope it gets fixed .

Hi All,

We are aware of the Error Code 58 issue and our team is currently undertaking steps to resolve this issue with our servers. Unfortunately the fix takes awhile to do and there is no way around this. We are exhausting every resource available to expedite this process but at this point it is very hard for us to determine a definite time that it would be resolved.

Please refrain from doing an uninstallation and reinstallation or compacting the whitelist, as these will not resolve the problem. The issue lies with our servers so once that is resolved there shouldn't be any further action needed on the client (users') side.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

What was causing the error 58 code and is it all fixed now?

if you see a message with the phrase Error Code 5 or Win32 Error 5, this means Access is denied. The credentials or method used to deploy does not have proper permissions to install.
