Virus total status Code 403

On both of my machines, when executing an untrusted file, i'm getting a Virustotal status code 403 on the bottom of the box in the virus total section.

We are checking this issue with VirusTotal.

I am also getting the "Status 403" Message with VirusTotal, in SAP.   Thanks!!!
