Dear Valued Customers,
We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding the SecureAPlus you are currently using. After careful consideration and evaluation, we have made the decision to announce the End of Life (EOL) for our SecureAPlus software on Windows OS and Android mobile platforms.

Effective date: 1 Mar 2026, 00:00 UTC +08:00
Applies to: SecureAPlus for Windows (all editions: Free/Essentials/Pro/Enterprise) and Android (all editions).
Does not apply to: CatchPulse (Windows).

Why we are doing this
To focus our roadmap on CatchPulse—our next-generation endpoint protection—we are retiring SecureAPlus on Windows and Android. Concentrating engineering on one platform lets us ship faster protection, better detection, and long-term support.

What “End-of-Life” means
After End-of-Life (EOL), there will be no security patches, no bug fixes, no compatibility updates and no technical support for SecureAPlus. Running EOL software increases operational and security risk.

Actions required for existing customers
1.   Plan migration to CatchPulse now. Target completing it before 1 Mar 2026 to stay in supported software during the cut-over.
2.   Freeze upgrades of OS/drivers on SecureAPlus machines after 1 Mar 2026 (no compatibility guarantees).
