Retreiving scan result problems

Hi I have been getting retreiving scan result for hours ,it does not do anything else.I was also getting 12029 error .Any problems on the end of secureaplus? Thks

Hi I am now getting error code 12031 srver is reset, also with the other message above..

Also 12002 error now ,don't know what is going on ,hope it fixes itself.Thks

Hi again today for the past 2 hours retreiving scan result from server ,any fixes pls . I'd rather not take this software out but it seems at the moment i'll have too . Hope it can be fixed.Thks

Hello, we are sorry for the long rectification on this issue. We listen and really appreciate your feedback and patience on this. We have made a major revamp on our programs to handle the retrieve scan result better. It should help in getting the scan result faster and without the annoying error code  :D . There were reports of a few machines that had issues in getting the results after the change, and they are rectified. If you are still encountering any issues regarding the retrieving scan result, please let us know.
