We are not able to reproduce it. We may need more information.
Can you type fltmc from Command Prompt. First you have to run the command prompt as Administrator.

If you want you can type the following:
fltmc > fltmc.txt
It will generate fltmc.txt file. You can send this file to secureaplus@secureage.com
The other thing that we want to check is the Physical Memory information from Task Manager (Total, Cached, Available, Free).

You can either let us know in the forum, or just send to secureaplus@secureage.com with the fltmc.txt file.
