Libreoffice 5 terribly slow on windows7
« on: April 20, 2016, 11:48:11 PM »
Hi,
My Libreoffice goes terribly slow since i installed secureaplus. I try to whitelist the application and the entire directory with no changes. When i turn off secureaplus realtime scan Libreoffice turns fast as light
Please this is a must in order to buy more licenses

Hi,
We will investigate on the issue.
May I know is it Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?
What is the size of the RAM?
If slowness happened when you are trying to open a document file, what is the file size of the document?
White is the type of the document (e.g. .docx, .xls)?

Thanks and best regards,
Hendy

Hi,
We are not able to reproduce it. We may need more information.
Can you type fltmc from Command Prompt. First you have to run the command prompt as Administrator.

If you want you can type the following:
fltmc > fltmc.txt
It will generate fltmc.txt file. You can send this file to secureaplus@secureage.com

The other thing that we want to check is the Physical Memory information from Task Manager (Total, Cached, Available, Free).

You can either let us know in the forum, or just send to secureaplus@secureage.com with the fltmc.txt file.

Thanks and best regards,
Hendy
