We have made some adjustments on our server. Do you still encounter this issue?

I still have same issue!

2016-03-31 13:20:40 ### Unable to connect to http://uav.secureaplus.com. Error code: 12029. A connection with the server could not be established

Will this present a problem should I get hit by a virus?

Is the issue happening consistently? Can you send the log file to secureaplus@secureage.com? Go to Info & Licenses > Diagnosis, and click on Go to log location. Zip all the logs in that location.

If you are infected, the application whitelisting will kick in when the virus is trying to execute. It will not be able to run unless you click unblock on the prompt.
