Round 2 Suggestion: Rename and change icon of 'Everything'

Currently, the indexer of the AV just runs as a service named as 'Everything'. The icon is also of a very generic nature. Together, it seems to be a dubious application. When I first encountered it, I thought it was crapware/malware and wanted to remove it.

I would suggest to rename it so that users will know that it belongs to SecureAPlus.

Everything.exe is a 3rd-Party Indexing Application that we have integrated with SecureAPlus. As it is not developed by us, we cannot change the service name to anything else. I understand your concern however so we may be considering other ways to pre-inform the user that Everything.exe is part of SecureAPlus.
