SecureAPlus v3.4.5 and SecureAPlus Beta v4.1.2

In the previous version (SecureAPlus v3.4.4 and SecureAPlus Beta v4.1.1), there was incompatibility issue with other third party shell extensions that caused Windows Explorer crashes.
This is the official release version that addressed the issue.
