Fixed for Explorer crash after installing SecureAPlus v3.4.4

For those who are experiencing explorer crash after installing v3.4.4, please install the following fix:
http://secureaplus.secureage.com/download/FixedSecureAPlusContextMenu.exe

This fixed also can be used for SecureAPlus Beta v4.1.1.
Just install on top of the existing SecureAPlus. Reboot may required.
